Overview

What ReguLink is

ReguLink is a regulatory-intelligence platform for digital-asset compliance teams. It continuously monitors EU institutions, selected national regulators and the UK FCA, filters out the material that doesn’t concern digital assets, and delivers a ranked, searchable briefing — so your team reads what matters instead of everything that was published.

Who it’s for

Teams that have to stay on top of crypto-asset regulation and can’t afford to miss a change:

  • CASPs & exchanges tracking MiCA implementation and national guidance across the markets in which they operate.
  • Stablecoin, asset-referenced token (ART) and e-money token (EMT) issuers monitoring EBA and ESMA requirements.
  • Custodians, wallet providers & tokenisation platforms following custody, safeguarding and market-infrastructure rules.
  • Fintechs expanding into EU digital-asset markets that need a licensing and regulatory radar.
  • Law firms & consultancies monitoring multiple jurisdictions on behalf of clients.

The problem

The problem isn’t access to regulation — it’s knowing what actually matters

The European digital-asset rulebook is large, fast-moving and spread across many bodies: MiCA and its technical standards, the Transfer-of-Funds Regulation, national transpositions and guidance, and EU legal acts and related regulatory material available through EUR-Lex — across multiple formats and languages.

ESMA, EBA, the ECB, national authorities and EUR-Lex publish continuously, and the vast majority of it — banking supervision, general AML, cyber-risk, fraud alerts — has nothing to do with digital assets. Tracking it by hand means either drowning in that noise or missing an update with compliance, filing or licensing implications.

How it works

From daily monitoring to a ranked briefing

A three-stage pipeline runs automatically every day — hands-off — so your team doesn’t have to.

STAGE 01

Monitor

Daily automated monitoring of official regulator feeds, national authority websites and EU legal acts via EUR-Lex. A dual engine reads structured feeds and resilient site sources alike, following listings down to individual articles to reduce the risk of missed developments.

STAGE 02

Assess

A relevance engine reads every item and keeps only substantive digital-asset developments — excluding general financial-sector material. Each kept item gets a concise summary, a document-type classification and an impact rank.

STAGE 03

Brief

Results land in your workspace as a ranked, filterable feed and a searchable archive, plus daily critical alerts and a weekly digest to your inbox.

Ranked feedDaily & weekly emailEnterprise API
Signal, not noise. The relevance layer is at the heart of ReguLink: general banking, AML, DORA, cyber-risk and other financial-sector material is excluded unless it has a substantive digital-asset connection, keeping the feed focused by default.

Coverage & sources

EU, national and UK regulatory coverage

ReguLink monitors 18+ official sources alongside EU legal material available through EUR-Lex/CELLAR, covering EU institutions, selected national regulators in key European markets and the UK’s FCA.

ScopeSources
EU institutionsEuropean Commission (Press Corner), European Parliament (Legislative Observatory), ESMA, EBA, ECB Banking Supervision (publications & press)
EU legal materialRelevant legislation and other legal acts retrieved through the Publications Office’s CELLAR infrastructure, which underpins EUR-Lex.
National regulatorsBaFin (DE), AMF (FR), CNMV (ES), AFM (NL), CSSF (LU), Central Bank of Ireland (IE), FCA (UK)
Market & legal contextSelected specialist and law-firm commentary for additional context

Coverage is kept up to date. For the handful of sources that actively block automated access, ReguLink supports manual review and ingestion so they can still be included when needed.

Inside the workspace

How your team uses it day to day

The workspace organises everything into four views, each mapped to a type of regulatory development:

ViewWhat it contains
RegulationsBinding, finalised laws and technical standards
NoticesGuidance, consultations, press releases, speeches and announcements
EnforcementFines, warnings, sanctions, revoked licences and investigations
Regulatory Intelligence ArchiveA searchable vault of the full classified history (Professional)

Impact ranking

Every item is scored for potential impact and surfaced by severity, so the changes that matter rise to the top and routine items stay out of the way. High-impact (“critical”) items drive the alerts described below.

High — potentially significant; prioritise for review Medium — notable; review as appropriate Low — routine or informational

Filtering, pinning & search

  • Filters by jurisdiction and impact, with options to show or hide low-impact items.
  • Pin items your team is tracking; archive items to clear them from the active inbox.
  • Searchable archive — keyword search across the classified history by source and type.
  • Real source links — every item links to the actual article, not a generic listing page.
  • Bilingual interface — work in English or German.

Alerts

So critical changes don’t have to wait for someone to log in

  • Daily critical digest — a same-day email whenever high-impact items appear. Each item is sent once, so you’re never spammed with repeats.
  • Weekly summary — every Friday, a round-up split into critical vs. standard updates, including an “all clear” note on quiet weeks.
Alerts are sent from an authenticated sending domain (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) to support sender authentication and email deliverability.

Enterprise API

Pipe the intelligence feed into your own tooling

Enterprise customers can access the classified feed programmatically and route it into their own GRC systems, dashboards or data warehouse.

Security & data

How your data is handled

  • Encrypted in transit — all traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS.
  • Managed cloud infrastructure — built on established providers for the database, application and content delivery.
  • Access-controlled accounts — administrative functions are restricted to authorised users.
  • API keys are never stored in plaintext — only a one-way hash is kept, and keys can be revoked at any time.
  • Limited account data — ReguLink stores only the account and workspace information required to provide the service.
  • Payments — payment information is handled by our payment provider and is not stored by ReguLink.
  • Authenticated email — outbound mail is SPF/DKIM/DMARC-aligned.
We’re happy to discuss specific security, hosting and data-processing requirements for enterprise engagements.
